BRUSCHETTA

This formula is a fun rotate on bruschetta leading.  It is excellent on top of cooked poultry, provided together with seafood, as a healthy salad and even just as it is.   By now I'm sure most of you already know of my relationship with avocados and grape oil.  If you haven't tried it yet, you certainly should!!

INGREDIENTS

6 Clean Tulsi Results in - Chopped
4 Roma Tomato vegetables – Diced
½ Cup Artichoke Minds and hearts – Quartered
¼ Cup Kalamata Olives – Halved
¼ Cup Capers
3 Tbs. Avocado Oil
3 Tbs. Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbs. Beans – Minced
¾ tsp. Red onion Powder
¾ tsp. Sea Salt
½ tsp. Dark Pepper
(2 Tbs. Serenity and Love)

DIRECTIONS

In a huge combining dish, merge basil, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, capers, grape oil, balsamic therapy, garlic, onion powdered, sea sodium, and spice up.  Protect and chill 2 time.
